As the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to unfold, we at Pawn 1, Inc. are here with you. We are continuing to shift our operation’s response to the crisis as the situation evolves and are doing everything in our power to preserve the health and safety of our customers, employees and communities. We are focused on remaining available to meet the needs of our customers during this challenging time. With this, we have altered our store hours to give our employees the opportunity to spend more time with their families, while continuing to give each of you the very best in service. Additionally, we are limiting the number of customers in the store at any one time to make it easier to maintain social distancing and sanitation practices. Our top priority is the health and well-being of you and our employees, and we will remain in service to you as long as possible.

Q Will my loan be extended if the store is shutdown?

A If we have to temporarily shut down a location(s), we will not be defaulting any active loans in that store(s).

Q Why aren’t you closing your stores so as not to spread the virus more?

A We are currently taking every action mandated or recommended by our local, state and federal government. However, we are federally classified as an essential business like a bank or grocery store. Especially, for the unbanked or underbanked population that needs our support and service to make it through this trying time.
